

Training every Tuesday through Oct 20th
5:30 - 7:30pm
Bring a properly inflated soccer ball, running shoes, cleats, & water.
Uniform: Grey NS T-shirt, purple shorts, sock of choice. (Cold weather gear is NS warmups or sweats. Rain gear of choice.)

Additional small-group / individual training for injury rehab & prevention will take place on Monday's, prior to and at the start of normal team training, in 15-20 minute sets. This training is solely needs based and will focus on those things not able to be targeted in the large group setting of the Tuesday Club Fitness sessions.
