Time: 4:30m to 5:30 pm
This is a 8 week NorthStar Junior Academy program appropriate for players aged between 4 and 7 years old. The coach will deliver one 60 minute session per week.

This program is organized as follows:
1. The first 2 weeks are focussed on ball familiarity and fun games.
2. In the second 2 weeks the players will improve their basic soccer techniques.
3. In the last 4 weeks the soccer techniques are combined with basic fitness exercises.
The program incorporates the following soccer techniques: dribbling and turning, ball control, and passing and receiving.
KEY POINT: all practices finish with a 12-15 minutes scrimmage.

The structure of the sessions is arranged so that they progress from simple to complex.
The sessions follow this structure:
- Dynamic warm up with the ball
- Individual skill (e.g. Drag back turn)l
- Technique or 1v1 situationl
- Scrimmagel
All sessions incorporate an individual skill improving the individual technique and developing the creativity of youth players.
The program will develop:
- Ball familiarity
- Basic soccer technique
- Dribbling
- Passing
- Basic motor skills like walking
- Running and jumping with and without the ball
- Perception and basic game understanding during the scrimmage.
