Scholarships

The purpose of the NorthStar Player Scholarship fund is to provide financial aid to NorthStar players to help cover the cost of uniforms, registration fees and some travel expenses to team camps and major tournaments.

1. Please complete and submit this online registration forms.

2. Please Mail to the address below the following information so that we may determine the organizations ability to assist you;

3. Financial assistance requests will be considered upon receipt of a completed form and the first two pages of your last 2 years of Federal Tax Returns.

4. All Requests are considered based on post marked date of required forms.

Given the many applications NorthStar/GTSL receives, Sadly, we may not be able to fulfill all requests

Each family that receives financial assistance is expected to participate in soccer fundraising activities that will also help them reduce their financial obligation.
